Role of Student Mentor Committee Chairman:

• Focus on GSLBAA Student Memberships.
• Survey students to determine where they are in their aviation career in order to match them up with a volunteer GSLBAA mentor.
• Assign the students to a GSLBAA mentor.
• Encourage luncheon attendance.
• Quarterly student activity with mentors.
• Job fairs, career days, STEM events.
• Quarterly flight department tour.
