• A) Foursome – $550.00

• B) Individual – $150.00
  If you do not have a foursome, but would like to be paired up with one or two other players, please add them as a Guest on the registration form. At checkout, you will be charged a ticket price for each guest added. Please email team names to golf@gslbaa.org.
• C) Lunch and Awards Reception Only – $35.00
  This registration option is for people not participating in the Golf Tournament but would like to attend the Lunch and Awards Reception. Please email guest names to golf@gslbaa.org.
• D) Discounted Sponsors Foursome – $500.00
