Registration

• A) Foursome – $450.00
  Please add Foursome Team Member names as Guests on the registration form. If you do not know the names of your foursome yet, leave it blank and send us the names later.
• B) Individual – $125.00
  If you do not have a foursome, but would like to be paired up with one or two other players, please add them as a Guest on the registration form. At checkout, you will be charged a ticket price for each guest added. If you do not know the names of your guests yet, fill in first name as Guest and leave the rest blank. You can send us the names later.
• C) Lunch and Awards Reception Only – $35.00
  This registration option is for people not participating in the Golf Tournament but would like to attend the Lunch and Awards Reception. • D) Discounted Sponsors Foursome – $400.00
  Some sponsors are eligible for a discounted Foursome, refer to your sponsor confirmation email for the code. Please add Foursome Team Member names as Guests on the registration form. If you do not know the names of your foursome yet, leave it blank and send us the names later.
• E) Complementary Sponsors Foursome
